We want you to love your new fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
